This page explains how to request deletion of your Batomon Showdown
account and the data associated with it. It applies to all platforms, including the
Google Play version.
How to request deletion
To request that your account and associated data be deleted, email us at:
berrymintdev@gmail.com
- Send the email from, or include, the sign-in method tied to your account
(Sign in with Apple, Google, or Steam) so we can identify it.
- Include your in-game display name if you know it.
- Use the subject line
Account Deletion Request.
You do not need to be able to launch the game to make this request.
What data is deleted
When we process your request, we permanently delete:
- your account identifier (the unique ID derived from your Apple,
Google, or Steam sign-in);
- your email address, if one was stored (Google sign-in);
- your display name;
- your saved game data — runs, team composition, in-game currency
and progress, and match results;
- your matchmaking / ranking data (MMR).
What data may be kept
- Records we are required to retain by law, or minimal records needed to detect
and prevent fraud, cheating, or abuse, are kept only as long as legally required
and are otherwise removed.
- Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you (e.g. overall
gameplay statistics) may be retained.
Timing
We will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days
of verifying your request, except where retention is required by law as described above.
